Classification: Human Homeland: USSR, Earth Gender: Male The head of the SKGB. Kowalski is introduced within the Wolf's Room. He is within a secluded room, where he addresses several of his employees, and reveals to them that the real purpose of the SKGB was to train Robo Chojin to attack the West. It is at this point that Warsman breaks through the thick iron door, and Warsman states his discontent that they lied to him about their motivations, which causes Kowalski to say that they no longer have a need for him. Warsman uses a German Suplex on Kowalski, which causes him to bleed profusely, but - despite Warsman having ran away from the room - Kowalkski tells his men not to give chase, as he has prepared another robo-chojin for such a situation. This is the last he is seen in the manga.
