Rikka is a strong ninja of the Fuuma clan. She is married to Eishirou. She is also the mother of the twins, Isuke (Shirasu) and Isame (Kotarou). Like her husband, she is very protective of their children, and she does her best to hide Isame from the rest of the clan. Rikka has conflicting feelings for her elder son, Isuke, after he killed her husband, Eishirou. Although Rikka understands that Isuke killed Eishirou for the youngster's rite of passage to become a full-fledged Fuuma, she was deeply in love with her husband and therefore saddened by his death. She was not openly affectionate to Isuke after Eishirou passed away. However, it is implicitly shown that nonetheless, she still loved Isuke as she smiled at him before her death.
