Sumire Hoshino (or Perman # 3) is the deuteragonist in the series. Although Sumire is a girl, she is officially addressed as "Perman 3". However, her teammates call her "Pako". Sumire Hoshino is a famous teen celebrity in the time of Nobita. Sumire has the same appearance as in the Perman series; she has a brown hair and an orange headband. She has slightly medium hair and wears a different clothing. In "Stand by Me Doraemon", she has a black hair instead of brown.
